X-Ray
We want to serve you the best way we can. Our office offers in house x-ray, films are taken and developed within minutes.
Why X-Ray? Simply put it is the best way for us to take proper care of you. Spinal problems have many causes, the most common being misalignment. When a spinal bone moves out of the proper position, it puts pressure on nerves and causes pain and dysfunction. The question remaining is..... in which direction did the bone misalign, right, left, twist, tilt, rotate, degenerate, bone spur-no bone spur, open or slipped disc, scoliosis, apex of scoliosis, correlate with condition, etc..... I have been in practice for over 16 years, and have learned not to guess. You and your family are too important, your health is too important, and the quality of care that I want to provide you with is too important to NOT take an x-ray.
Surface Electro Myogram (EMG)
This amazing test in non invasive, and you don't feel a thing, yet the information it provides is un-like anything else in health care. It is great for documentation, insurance companies, auto accident cases, work injuries, and helps guide the amount of treatment needed.
Nerve Conduct Testing
We can evaluate the level of dysfunction on nerves in the office. This test generates a report that locates and quantifies nerve problems. This non-painful test has become extremely useful in evaulating pinched nerves, and problems when patients suffer from sciatica, shoulder pain, arm pain, or generally pain that radiates into other areas.
MRI
Our office can refer you for an MRI if necessary and have the results within 2 days. Think of an MRI as being everything you don't see on an X-ray.
