Why X-Ray? Simply put it is the best way for us to take proper care of you. Spinal problems have many causes, the most common being misalignment. When a spinal bone moves out of the proper position, it puts pressure on nerves and causes pain and dysfunction. The question remaining is..... in which direction did the bone misalign, right, left, twist, tilt, rotate, degenerate, bone spur-no bone spur, open or slipped disc, scoliosis, apex of scoliosis, correlate with condition, etc..... I have been in practice for 15 years, and have learned not to guess. You and your family are too important, your health is too important, and the quality of care that I want to provide you with is too important to NOT take an x-ray.

Surface Electro Myogram (EMG)

This amazing test in non invasive, and you don't feel a thing, yet the information it provides is un-like anything else in health care. It is great for documentation, insurance companies, and helps guide the amount of treatment needed.

Nerve Conduct Testing

We can evaluate the level of dysfunction on nerves in the office. This test generates a report that locates and quantifies nerve problems.

MRI

I can refer you for an MRI if necessary and have the results within 2 days. Think of an MRI as being everything you don't see on an X-ray.
