Our office is concerned with your well being and healthcare. Exercise benefits the Chiropractic patient
when combined with chiropractic care. Aerobic exercise helps promote proper digestion, keeps the muscles in proper tone and promotes better circulation. Walking briskly around the block at least once or twice is a convenient and popular activity. Pilates, core strength training and Yoga have become wonderful additions to help the spine along with regular Chiropractic care.
Also, many forms of work , household tasks can function as an exercise program.
The important point is to exercise!
Our office does suggest certain strengthening programs to help the muscles around the spine stabilize and strenghten. Dr. Wikoff and Peter, our physical therapy assistant will work individually with you. We will create a program just for you to help: your posture, spinal curvature, as well as strengthening and stabilizing your spine.
