Robin Benincasa, Adventurer, Leadership, and Teambuilding

Robin is an extreme athlete to say the least. Over the last 10 years she has completed over thirteen expedition length adventure races these races being 7-10 days long. She has also earned Eco-challenge awards, completed six Ironman races and more. She has gone on to create seminars that have been embraced by Starbucks, Tony Robbins, Aramark, and more. Last year at the Orange County Adventure Race 2008, Dr. Wikoff had the privilege of running along side of Robin. He also placed 1st in the couple's race with his wife Stacey. After the race event, Robin met with Dr. Wikoff, got adjusted and became a fan of Chiropractic!
