Ruby is our therapy assistant here at Back to Life. She came into our office to become a medical assistant and education at Everest College. With the very little she knew about chiropractic care, she loves how much it helps everyone and has pursued learning more about it. In fact, her very first adjustment was done by Dr. Wikoff himself! You’ll find Ruby in our therapy bay helping patients on the rollerbeds, icing, traction, electrical muscle stimulation and more. She also has had experience doing nerve tests, muscle tests and assisting the doctors with examination and vitals. Ruby is also bilingual, Spanish. Se habla espanol.
She is a very outgoing and friendly girl. “I’ve been a people person since I can remember. The fact that I can help patients feel and get better here at Back to Life, it’s a very great feeling at the end of the day.”
On her free time, Ruby loves to hang out with her two daughters, Melanie (4) and Aimee (2). Her favorite activities to do with them are singing and dancing . She is also an accomplished artist. She is currently working on her second book (writing and even illustrating it herself!). Her other hobbies include singing karaoke, playing XBOX 360, and watching football.
