Dr. Christina Haynes is a graduate of Southern California University of Health Sciences. She has been practicing since 2006 and currently practices in Riverside while making the transition to a full time practice here at Back to Life.

Dr. Haynes philosophy is that adjustments are a natural way to help maintain optimal mind and body function and chiropractic is safe at any age so why not! Dr. Haynes is a former competitive figure skater and has had the pleasure of training alongside some of the worlds greatest athletes. This has shown her that in order to be at the top of your game you have to be at the top of your health! Dr. Haynes also has training and experience in nutritional therapy and weight loss to go along with her family practice. She is a member of the California Chiropractic Association and sits on the board for the Riverside District.
